100% payment to the bank account (IBAN) after final confirmation of the order and approval of all layout details. This is a convenient option to avoid additional payments later.
First 50% - you pay to start production. This covers the cost of materials for your individual order.
We produce unique products according to individual parameters, so we do not work with cash on delivery. Mandatory photo report before shipment is your guarantee that the product matches the layout and your expectations.
All products undergo quality control, we additionally send photos of the finished product before shipment. We guarantee that the product meets the stated characteristics. If the showcase was damaged during moves, shelling, or other circumstances - we will restore it free of charge.
According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" (Article 13, Part 5), goods manufactured to individual order with specific properties are not subject to return or exchange.
For the entire period of martial law, we undertake obligations for free repair and restoration of our products. You only need to pay for logistics services (delivery to the workshop and back).
