The engraving has no added color because the process burns the top layer of the wood. The heat burns away the pigment and chars the wood itself, revealing its natural grain and color.

We are a workshop that makes products to order.
We operate as a registered business. Payment is made to our business account (IBAN), which gives you legal protection and serves as a financial record. This is much more reliable than cash on delivery because a payment made using our bank details formally records our responsibility to you as the manufacturer.
All products undergo quality control, and we also send a photo of the finished product before shipping. We guarantee that the product matches the stated specifications. If a display case was damaged during a move, shelling, or due to other circumstances, we will restore it free of charge.
Yes, of course! You can customize it:
Size and format: If our standard formats do not suit you, we will create a custom version for your medals and awards. Designing a custom size costs an additional 1500 UAH.
Colors: You can choose the colors of the finish, velour, and lock from our wide palette.
If the flag is ceremonial and folded into a triangle: Clear instructions are included with the display case. You can recreate the folds and place the flag in the display case yourself.
If the flag is rolled up: We recommend sending it to us. We will fold it professionally and carefully, place it in the display case, and send it back. This is free of charge and ensures a neat result.
The standard production time is 5 business days.
