Our workshop was visited by an energetic team of future specialists teenagers from the Chuhuiv community as part of the «Career Boost» program. We were delighted to open the door for them into the world of real production, where the main idea is not just work, but a culture of dignified preservation and respectful treatment of every award.

The tour began with a conversation about what drives our business: about our history, challenges, and main idea. Then we moved on to the most interesting part the practical side. The participants saw the heart of our workshop the laser machines that ensure remarkable precision, and followed the entire process of a display case coming to life from the blank to the finished product.
The most important stage was the opportunity for each of them to «try on» the profession of an assembler. The teenagers experienced firsthand how separate parts come together into a single, complete product that carries a specific mission. And as a memento of this day, each one created with their own hands a symbolic little horse a warm souvenir that will remind them of the victories and achievements to come.
We believe that such meetings can spark an interest in technical professions and production craftsmanship. And our philosophy remains unchanged: every award has a unique story, and it deserves the finest display case, created with respect.
